My role: Backend Developer

I contributed to building a high-load digital platform, solving complex business challenges for the developer.

Key tasks and achievements:

  • 🔹 Macro CRM integration — enhanced and extended, automating sales funnel processes and real-time data synchronization.
  • 🔹 Aggregator feeds — developed feeds for automatic publication of listings on major platforms, increasing audience reach and reducing manual effort.
  • 🔹 New features — built new sections and features for various residential complexes.
  • 🔹 Performance optimization — carried out comprehensive optimization of PHP code and SQL queries (PostgreSQL), significantly improving API response times and catalog performance with thousands of listings.
  • 🔹 Asynchronous processing — ensured performance and background task handling via Redis and RabbitMQ.

Outcome: Made a substantial contribution to creating a high-performance, functional platform for a market-leading developer.

The integration with Macro CRM needed to be enhanced and extended to automate sales funnel processes and ensure real-time data synchronization.

Solution

Enhanced and extended the Macro CRM integration: set up automatic data exchange between the platform and the CRM, and implemented real-time synchronization of sales funnel statuses and events.

Results

Sales funnel processes automated, data synchronized without delay, manual effort reduced.

The challenge

Publishing listings on major aggregators was done manually, limiting audience reach and requiring significant effort.

Solution

Developed a feed system for automatic publication of listings on major platforms, including generation, updating, and synchronization of listing data.

Results

Audience reach increased, manual effort reduced, publications updated automatically.

Developed new sections and features for residential complexes: expanded the catalog structure, added new content types and interactions with listings.

High API load and slow catalog performance with thousands of listings negatively affected the user experience.

Solution

Carried out comprehensive optimization of PHP code and SQL queries to PostgreSQL: rewrote heavy queries, eliminated bottlenecks, and optimized selections and indexes.

Results

API response time significantly reduced, catalog with thousands of listings runs fast and stable.

Synchronous processing of heavy operations slowed down the platform and limited scalability.

Solution

Ensured performance and asynchronous task processing using Redis and RabbitMQ: moved heavy operations to queues and configured background processing.

Platform became more resilient to load, heavy operations run in the background, performance and scalability increased.
